Voice 365 from The Unite Group is a cloud-based telephone system offering a range of services that will offer your business a professional communications solution.

Unite Voice 365 – Hosted Cloud Telephony Solution
Voice 365 will provide a range of features including call centre working, call recording, voicemail, call management and functionality, receptionist software and softphones.
The hosted telephony solution is managed entirely by The Unite Group and supported by our dedicated helpdesk.
Telephones
Unite Voice 365 telephones are provided as part of our proposal with no purchase cost, the handsets are provided in line with the 36 months agreement and will be preconfigured and installed on all sites.
You can have a standard phone or dock your tablet or smartphone using Webex.
The new improved softphone provided by Webex has an improved look and feel it now provides video calling and an improved conference facility offering up to 250 participants at a time!
Another key improvement is the addition of a new “white board” allowing users to both edit the same document from the Webex softphone.


Telephones

Softphones
The Voice 365 Webex APP is available to download on both Andriod and Apple IOS, this provides the capability to answer your desk based calls on the mobile. The service is included in your monthly subscription.
The softphone can also be provided on your laptop/desktop PC to use with a USB headset.

Call Recording
Call recording can be provided to all users or selected users and stored securely in our dedicated cloud network with call recordings being accessed online from any location.
The durations for the call recording storage are 30 days, 180 days and 7 years.
Call Reporting
Call reporting is also an internal feature on the Unite Voice 365 solution, the software can provide call reporting, wallboards and daily reports to help you manage your call centre.

Office Communicator & CTI
Voice 365 can provide Office Communicator software included in the monthly subscription for all users providing a live presence display and integration into basic Microsoft products including outlook. The software also supports integration into your CRM for to display information based on the incoming callers’ details meaning you can provide that personal service and speed up your answering times.

The Unite Group would manage the porting of all existing site telephone numbers to our cloud network, these will be delivered to our cloud-based platforms, this process takes around 10 – 20 days to complete.
Unite Voice 365 Call Charges:
All users will receive 5000 minutes included each month, any out of bundle calls are charged at our standard rate.

Support
The Unite Group dedicated team of engineers will provide support from our dedicated remote helpdesk facility meaning issues can be dealt with promptly.
All support tickets are initially logged by emailing support@theunitegroup.co.uk or by logging onto our website and selecting the support page. Our helpdesk will then look at the issues and in many cases can resolve these issues immediately.
